1. Go to H2H products (https://app.liveh2h.com/share/) and click sign up.
2. In the signup form, fill out your name, username, email address, and password.
3. Once you sign up, we will send you an confirmation email. In order to make sure you receive the email, add “liveh2h.com” to your accepted email domains.
4. Click on the link within the email to confirm your email address.

All H2H properties share the same login credentials. Once you’ve signed up for one service, you get access to all H2H services.
Services supported include Tutormeet Enterprise, H2H Meet, and H2H Share.

Generally speaking, H2H Meet is able to support 10 video windows at the same time at maximum. Host can turn on/off the video window according to the internet connection quality.

1. The supported upload file format include ppt, pptx, doc, docx, xls, xlsx and pdf
2. User are able to upload the file within the online meeting room at any time
3. Remove document before uploading new one, if user plan to display the new one only. Otherwise, the newly-uploaded file will be automatically inserted after previous one.

1. Click on Resources tab under Course Manager
2. Click Add Content
3. Upload contents (ppt slides, photos, videos etc.) for your course
4. Click on Courses tab under Course Manager
5. Click Add Course
6. Fill in information about your course
7. Click Save and the page will be directed to lesson creation page
8. Fill in information about the lesson and click Save
9. Go back to Course Details to check the lessons you created
10. Hover over the class name and click Edit on the right
11. Under the Resource List, click Add to add contents you’ve uploaded, create survey or quizzes.
12. Click save and go back to Course Details
13.  Check Publish and click save to officially publish the course
